FYI, I'm a retired architect and have been around construction for over 50 years. Southside Energy replaced our old heat pump equipment and added a few additional branch ducts and diffusers. The crew did it all in one day. They were professional, courteous, kept me abreast of their progress and asked for my input about new diffuser locations. Replacing an existing unit in an attic with a low slope hip roof isn't any joy. But I never heard one complaint and nothing but great coordination within the crew. I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.
